Integrated inspection process
Integrated inspection processes assure personal accountability for quality along every step in the machining and manufacturing process. The latest metrology equipment, together with traceability to NIST standards, assures that parts are made exactly to specification.
SPC — statistical process control
Aertech's statistical process control is utilized throughout the machining, fabricating and manufacturing processes using statistical techniques to measure and analyze variation from the targeted standard, including sampling plans, experimental design, variation reduction, process capability analysis and process improvement.
